Let´s start by define the purpose of education. Personally I believe that the purpose is to build a human being intellectually and integrally. In a secondary aspect it helps to serve to social needs and prepare students for a job or career.
Between teaching responsibilities are planning, preparing and delivering lessons to all students in the class. As well as teaching according to the educational needs, abilities and achievement of the individual students and groups of students.
Talking about the approach I
take to teaching and learning the method most effective to teach in my
personal opinion is the teacher-student-teacher, I mean, the teacher as the
class authority first explaining and giving models and eliciting students
participation of what to do, then students making the activities based on what
the teacher taught and last, the teacher correction.
I really think that the teacher
must take the lieds in the classroom.
Motivation! Especially when
teaching English, regrettably students have resistance to English without being
aware that language is our primary source of communication. It is the way by which we share our ideas and thoughts with others. And that is why
English is important.
I believe that it is really important to bring good and authentic material and prepare interesting lessons in advance for motivation to take place. One of the most important aspects of teaching is to make the material meaningful for students.

Nowadays English must be considered one of the most important subjects in Schools. It is the language used to communicate with people, it pushes your career forward, it gets access to knowledge being that most of the knowledge related to computer or health by example is in English.
When talking about the teaching context, teachers need to have the right personality to be able to control a class, without good discipline nothing worthwhile can be achieved. Good teachers are those whom people will respect and fear if necessary. Therefore, to create a good teaching context, discipline has to come first.
