Conclusion

As final conclusion I have to say that the practicum period was one of the most enrichising and significant experience in my entire life.

The best that I take from my practicum period is the experience of working with kids. Their selflessness, affection and innocence even being restless. After all, kids only want to play!

Also kids from primary level were lovely. I could notice that they were more demanding that the little ones since they like to explore the world by playing, drawing, pasting, painting, singing, shouting and that they are most of the time willing to work.

But personally I think that it was with teens with whom I was to be more creative and demanding with myself. It is not easy to motivate adolescents who get bored very quickly. So varied and short activities using the board, posters, worksheets, listening and games were a must.

While preparing my lessons I stopped for a moment and thought about how should I mix the target language or the topic with activities that were significant for my learners according to their level.

I believe that I accomplished with my objectives for this wonderful period. It was always a curiosity to know how the practicum would be and now I have finished them.

I would like to thank my tutors for always supported me when necessary. You have always been there!! and you have been part of one of my biggest dreams: to become a teacher!
